Ingredients
2 avocados
1 tomato, diced
1 clove garlic, crushed
1/2 tsp lemon juice
Salt/pepper to taste
Directions
Cut avocado in half. Scoop out seed. Scoop out "meat". Mash well with fork.
Add tomato, garlic, lemon juice and salt and pepper to taste.
Simple and GFCFSF!

I am a big fan of guac!!
yum- try a bit of fresh cilantro or parsley- good, too. Lime and onions or onion powder are great additions, as well.
